Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for construction projects.
  • Coordinate and process vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and other project-related expenses.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements, project accounts, and other ledgers.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and accounting regulations.
  • Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Help prepare and review cash flow statements and assist in managing project cash flow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a construction company.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Knowledge of accounting practices, contract management, and subcontractor payment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
