Experience: 2 - 5 Years, based on experience
Salary: AED 7500 + commission

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Executive – Steel Manufacturing Company to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, preferably in steel or related sectors, and will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored steel product solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in steel, metal, or industrial product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driving license required.
