As our first sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a scalable revenue engine, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, qualification, consultation, proposal development, and closing deals.
- Generate leads through outbound outreach channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of mid-sized companies and startups.
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and recommend suitable staffing models.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to scope and price custom offerings.
- Represent LatentHQ in client meetings and virtual engagements.
- Monitor and report sales performance.
- Assist in the creation of compelling sales materials, including emails, presentations, and case studies (with support).
- Provide market insights and contribute to the refinement of sales playbooks and ideal customer profile strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in outbound sales within IT services, staff augmentation, or technology consulting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in engaging with CTOs, Engineering Managers, or Procurement leaders.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in ambiguity and taking ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Enterprise sales.
- Background in building or supporting early-stage sales operations.
