Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Engage in warm calling to generate leads and establish rapport with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, addressing client inquiries, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales processes.
