Account Executive

Account Executives are the go-to people for getting things done. You’ll help the team deliver events, activations, and client projects from start to finish. You’ll keep things running smoothly, spot issues early, and learn the ins and outs of how an agency works.

What you'll do :

• Support day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to standard.
• Prepare client status reports, meeting notes, and follow-up action plans.
• Coordinate briefs between clients, creative, media, and PR teams.
• Track project timelines and deliverables with guidance from senior team members.
• Ensure internal workflows (briefing, reviews, approvals) are adhered to.
• Assist in developing campaign materials, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct desk research to support strategy, campaign planning, and competitive analysis.

Requirements :

• Emirati fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (marketing, communications, or events is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and professional presence
• A team player who wants to grow in the world of marketing and advertising
