Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the FMCG sector in Dubai, covering both food and non-food categories. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, established client relationships, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned FMCG categories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across retail, wholesale.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular visits, effective communication, and customer support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to optimize sales tactics.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of proven FMCG sales experience in Dubai/UAE market.
  • Strong network and knowledge of both food and non-food FMCG categories.
  • Excellent understanding of retail and distribution channels in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
