   Key Responsibilities
  
- 
    Prospecting & Lead Generation:
   
   Identify new opportunities through research, outbound campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
  
- 
    Sales Presentations:
   
   Deliver product demos and presentations to HR leaders and decision-makers, showcasing ROI and value.
  
- 
    Pipeline Management:
   
   Track and manage all opportunities in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  
- 
    Negotiation & Closing:
   
   Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  
- 
    Market Intelligence:
   
   Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments to inform strategy.
  
- 
    Collaboration:
   
   Partner with marketing to run campaigns and generate leads; provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
  
- 
    Reporting:
   
   Deliver regular sales performance updates, pipeline reports, and activity metrics to leadership.
  
   Key Requirements (Quantifiable)
  
- 
    Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
   
   in SaaS, HR Tech, Wellness, or a similar industry.
  
- 
    Proven sales track record
   
   with at least 90–100% quota attainment over the past 2 years.
  
- 
    HubSpot CRM proficiency:
   
   At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing pipeline, sequences, and reporting in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM).
  
- 
    Outbound Sales Experience:
   
   Demonstrated success with cold calling, outreach campaigns, and building new business pipelines.
  
- 
    Presentation Skills:
   
   Experience running at least 10+ product demos or client presentations per quarter.
  
- 
    Market Knowledge:
   
   Experience working with UAE, UK, or European clients preferred.
  
- 
    Communication:
   
   Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Spanish is a plus.
  
- 
    Tech Savvy:
   
   Comfortable with MS Office, virtual meeting tools, and sales enablement platforms.
