1. Sales and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the
company's business goals.
Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments.
Maintain good number of leads and follow up rigourosly through the sales life
cycle to achieve the targets.
Ensure quarterly budgets are met or exceeded, with sales incentives aligned with
achieving these targets.
2. Team Leadership:
Create, Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and
professional growth.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales
organization.
3. Market Expansion:
Drive market expansion efforts to increase the company's presence in existing
and new markets.
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market
penetration.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and
stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored
solutions.
5. Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and
reporting.
Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize cold calling, digital marketing, and online sales techniques to drive lead
generation and conversion.
6. Product and Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging
technologies.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts
with product offerings and market demands.
Focus on selling technology products including Self-Service Kiosks, Payment
Solutions, Odoo ERP, Software Testing, and DevOps services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO350.000 - RO500.000 per month
