Associate Sales Executive - IT SALES

Muscat, Oman

1. Sales and Execution:

 Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the

company's business goals.

 Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments.

 Maintain good number of leads and follow up rigourosly through the sales life

cycle to achieve the targets.

 Ensure quarterly budgets are met or exceeded, with sales incentives aligned with

achieving these targets.

2. Team Leadership:

 Create, Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and

professional growth.

 Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales

organization.

3. Market Expansion:

 Drive market expansion efforts to increase the company's presence in existing

and new markets.

 Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market

penetration.

Customer Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and

stakeholders.

 Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored

solutions.

5. Sales Operations:

 Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and

reporting.

 Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance

efficiency and effectiveness.

 Utilize cold calling, digital marketing, and online sales techniques to drive lead

generation and conversion.

6. Product and Market Knowledge:

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging

technologies.

 Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts

with product offerings and market demands.

 Focus on selling technology products including Self-Service Kiosks, Payment

Solutions, Odoo ERP, Software Testing, and DevOps services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO350.000 - RO500.000 per month
