Account Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Rohtak , Haryana
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.) and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, process vendor invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with GST, TDS filings, and maintain records for audits and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with the stores and production teams for stock verification and costing of sanitary products.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, support budgeting, and identify any financial irregularities.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or sanitaryware.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP .
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good at communication and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
