Accountant/purchase

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant/Purchase professional to manage financial transactions, accounts payable, and procurement activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

1. Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliations.

2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

4. Budgeting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial planning.

Purchase:

1. Procurement: Source and procure goods and services, ensuring best value for the company.

2. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating prices and terms.

3. Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

4. Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure inventory levels meet business needs.

Shared Responsibilities:

1. Financial Control: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency.

3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in accounting and/or procurement.

3. Software: Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.

4. Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Industry Experience: Experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing or construction.

2. Experience with ERP systems and tally

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
