CS (Company Secretary) in Accounts Department

• Legal Compliance:Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Corporate Governance:Advising the board on governance matters.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining statutory registers, such as registers of members, directors, and charges, and ensuring accurate records of company activities.
• Compliance Reporting:Filing essential documents with relevant authorities, such as Companies House, and preparing and filing annual returns.
• Financial Management:Developing management reports and controls, and advising on financial matters.
• Strategic Advice:Providing legal, financial, and/or strategic advice to the board.
• Internal Processes:Implementing processes and systems to ensure good management and compliance with legislation.
• External Relations:Liaising with external professionals, such as auditors and lawyers.
