Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Own and nurture client relationships from onboarding through delivery and renewal.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients gain maximum value from our programs
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, sessions, and deliverables.
• Monitor client success metrics, identify risks, upsell opportunities, and maintain high retention rates.
• Lead generation efforts by prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
• Draft and present tailored proposals and scope of work for prospective clients.
• Manage deal calls, negotiations, and closing processes.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
• Provide ongoing client support, strategic advice, and success management to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
