*Job Description:*

We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle online inquiries, promote products or services through social media and online platforms, and convert leads into sales.

*Responsibilities:*

- Communicate with customers through social media, chat, and email.

- Promote products and services online to increase sales.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchases.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports of sales performance.

- Maintain good knowledge of products and offers.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- At least From 2-4 years of proven experience in online or social media sales is an advantage.

-Must have experience in the logistics field or companies.

- Good computer and social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Positive attitude and strong motivation to learn and grow.
