Responsibilities


1. Customer Strategy & Insight

• Analyze customer strategies, identify business pain points across networks and services, and uncover strategic cooperation opportunities.

• Influence customer requirements.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

• Develop and implement customer relationship plans that drive market landscape improvements and expand market share.

3. Project Leadership

• Act as Project Director (PD) or core member for level-B or above projects.

• Lead project operations, ensuring successful execution and achievement of key project wins.

4. Negotiation & Transaction Management

• Lead project negotiations, transaction model design, and deal structuring.

• Oversee project operations including dispute resolution and risk management in complex scenarios

Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 5–10 years
  • Industry Background: ICT 2B Sales (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to drive strategic collaboration
