About The Role

As a Partners Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong partnerships with merchants for our client loyalty programs. You will play a crucial role in building a robust network of merchants by receiving and responding to partnership requests. Your expertise in identifying high-value merchants and implementing revenue-increasing strategies will be essential in advising our commercial units.


Collaboration with the Partnerships team will be a key aspect of your role. You will work closely with them to ensure the timely delivery of merchant deals, aligning with the needs of our clients. Additionally, you will liaise with our Legal department to review and revise merchant contracts, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements and are compliant.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive requests and build a strong network of merchants for client loyalty programs.
  • Advise commercial units on high-value merchants and revenue-increasing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Partnerships team to deliver timely merchant deals.
  • Review and revise merchant contracts with Legal department.
  • Prepare tailored communication materials and support the Partnerships team.
  • Monitor and improve merchant performance in ongoing projects.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, track payments, and focus on revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 0:2 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Graduates from any related discipline are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office applications are required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
