Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Partnerships Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing merchant partners to support the company’s growth objectives. This role involves developing long-term partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders, and driving strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and secure new merchant partners across assigned sectors.

Develop and maintain long-term, productive relationships with existing merchant partners.

Negotiate commercial terms and oversee all aspects of partnership onboarding.

Provide merchants with guidance on consumer finance offerings and partnership solutions.

Coordinate and support campaign activations, offers, and promotional initiatives to enhance performance.

Monitor merchant activity and ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and activation targets.

Act as the main point of contact for merchant support, inquiries, and issue resolution.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions.

Gather and communicate merchant feedback and market intelligence to support strategy enhancement.

Prepare and present regular reports on merchant acquisition progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (preferably in financial services, fintech, or retail).

Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical approach with strong attention to detail and commercial performance metrics.

Ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
