 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented social media &amp; Content Executive with 1&ndash;3 years of experience to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing engaging content across our digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency, platform best practices, and measurable results.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Content &amp; Activation Planning:

 <li>
 Develop and manage monthly activations, marketing calendars, and content calendars in line with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Content Creation &amp; Production:
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ideate and execute creative content, including short-form videos and reels; tailored to different platforms.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Platform Management &amp; Hygiene:
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Upload, schedule, and review platform content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and optimal formatting.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Maintain platform hygiene by monitoring page visuals, links, and descriptions, and ensuring they are up-to-date and error-free.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Competitive &amp; Trend Monitoring:
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Keep a close watch on competitor activities and identify potential opportunities or threats.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Monitor emerging trends, tools, and features across social media platforms and apply relevant insights to enhance performance.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Performance Analysis:
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Conduct monthly performance reviews of brand content and campaigns, extracting key learnings and recommendations for improvement.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Prepare reports on engagement, reach, and other KPIs for internal review.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any relevant field.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Skills:

 <li>
 Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Experience working with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
 </li>
