 Achieve sales targets, margins, and operational KPIs.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Analyse store performance reports and implement improvement actions.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Drive customer satisfaction and ensure exceptional in-store service.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Lead, train, motivate, and develop grocery store staff across all roles.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage across shifts.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team productivity.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
 
 </li>

 Ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

 Share daily/weekly sales, stock, and operational reports with Retail Operations Management.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Escalate operational challenges and propose solutions.

 Job Requirements:

 3+ years of experience in retail management (grocery experience highly preferred).
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Proven ability to manage operations, inventory, and team performance.

 <li>
 
 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
