Performance Specialist

About the Role :

The Performance Specialist supports strategic planning and performance management efforts by analyzing operational data, tracking key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role contributes to informed decision-making through accurate reporting, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives, while providing administrative and coordination support to the wider team.

What You'll Do

• Support strategic planning by setting goals and tracking performance.

• Analyze data to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare reports and presentations on key performance metrics.

• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency.

• Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Research industry best practices through benchmarking.

• Provide administrative support across meetings, records, and communication.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables and Power Query

• Solid understanding of business operations, ideally within Fintech.

• Familiarity with planning and forecasting concepts.

• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
