Key Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and KPI dashboards.

Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Design, develop, and maintain databases, reporting structures, and workflow tracking systems.

Support decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.

Collaborate with different business units to gather reporting requirements and business needs.

Monitor collection and recovery performance metrics and ensure reporting accuracy.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to reporting frameworks.

Generate routine and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and analytical studies.

Support month-end activities, incentive calculations, and performance reporting packages.
-
Train and support team members on reporting tools and MIS processes.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, Collections, or a related function.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).

Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).

Good knowledge of databases, reporting systems, and data analysis techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.

IT background or technical understanding is an advantage
