Live Operations Intern

MNT-Halan is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Live Operations Intern to support the Logistics team.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Logistics team in monitoring daily delivery and fulfillment operations.


• Monitor order dispatching, delivery progress, and operational exceptions.


• Coordinate with delivery, warehouse, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.


• Support the investigation of delivery delays and service failures.


• Help identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and operational performance

What We're Looking For:

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Supply chain Management, Logistics, Commerce or any related field.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
