Marketing & Sales Manager – Digital Marketing Company

A leading Digital Marketing Company is looking to hire a Marketing & Sales Manager with strong experience in client contracting and digital marketing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the company’s services.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and attract new ones.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close client contracts.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead and supervise the marketing and sales team to ensure performance goals are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
• Proven experience in client contracting and business agreements.
• Must have an active client portfolio or business accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Email Campaigns, etc.).
• Previous experience in team leadership is preferred.
