Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key clients and accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales across the full sales cycle.

Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Provide product and service recommendations based on an in-depth understanding of client business requirements.

Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Develop proposals and contract documents, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure a smooth close on deals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and progress toward goals. Use CRM tools to manage account activity and report on KPIs.

Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market strategies. Client Retention & Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in [mention the industry, e.g., technology, advertising, SaaS, etc.] preferred.

Sales Expertise: Strong experience with B2B sales, account management, and closing complex deals.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients at all levels.

CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking client interactions and sales activities.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals successfully.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently as needed.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and techniques. Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
