We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Account Executive to join our automotive organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and bookkeeping expertise, experience working with Zoho applications, and the ability to manage customer accounts, financial records, and sales coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and ledger entries.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and support in generating MIS reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
Zoho Software Management
- Manage Zoho Books for invoicing, expenses, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Use Zoho CRM for customer account updates, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with internal teams using Zoho tools for order processing and inventory updates.
Sales & Client Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and contract documents.
- Track vehicle orders, deliveries, service schedules, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with dealership, workshop, and logistics teams for smooth process flow.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial and client records.
- Handle internal communication related to accounts, sales, and support operations.
- Assist management with ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or account executive roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automotive dealership operations.
- Knowledge of Vet , invoicing, and compliance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
