Account Executive

About the job Account Executive | Freight Forwarding | Karachi (on-site) | PKR Salary

We are looking for a company that offers supply chain management services to customers requiring integrated logistics solutions in Pakistan, and the trade association for registered companies engaged in the international movement of freight by all modes of transport.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding/ NVOCC industry.
• Software Expertise: Must have hands-on Experience with Climax Suite, Microsoft Excel, and related accounting software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including payables, receivables, job costing, and reconciliations.
• Generate invoices, credit notes, and billing using Climex Suite.
• Maintain and monitor customer and vendor accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, job profitability reports, and costing summaries.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
• Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Documentation, Operations) to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in audits, compliance checks, and month/year-end closing.
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic planning.
• Proficiency in the Climex Suite is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
• Familiarity with additional accounting tools/software is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under deadlines.
• Should be highly experienced in AS software
