Account Executive

Job Summary:

Enzahome is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance department in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Management

• Maintain daily financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.

2. Invoicing & Payments

• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process vendor bills and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
• Verify purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor invoices.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documents.

4. Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure all accounting processes follow company policies and financial standards.
• Liaise with internal departments (HR, Procurement, Sales) for financial coordination.
• Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting and cost analysis tasks.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance.
• Experience in the retail or furniture industry (preferred but not required).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
