About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. This position is suited for passionate and experienced sales professionals who are motivated to contribute to a fast-growing company, thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing CRM pipelines, quotations, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and client deliveries.
• Representing Smucci at hospitality events and exhibitions.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products from our portfolio.
• Deep understanding of hospitality trends, pricing strategies, seasonal demands, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to pitch independently and manage client relationships confidently.
• Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and refine strategies.

Training & Support

All new team members will undergo product and system training, gaining full knowledge of Smucci’s collections and client approach.
