Job Description:

Laxaura Business Services LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain books of accounts (Tally / accounting software)Handle Accounts Payable & ReceivableGST compliance:GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)GST input credit trackingTDS compliance:TDS calculation, payment & returnsForm 16 / 16A preparationBank reconciliation statements (BRS)Invoice processing, billing & follow-upsPayroll coordination & basic salary accountingAssist in monthly / quarterly / yearly closingCoordinate with CA / Auditor / ConsultantMaintain proper accounting records & documentationSupport management with MIS & financial reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance2–6 years of relevant accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax basicsHands-on experience with Tally, Excel & MS OfficeGood understanding of compliance & statutory timelinesStrong attention to detail & accuracyGood communication & coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in service industry / staffing / consultancy firmExposure to MSME accounting & complianceAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
