Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

• Manage and develop relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents
• Handle client inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and account growth

Export Sales & Business Development

• Support export sales targets by identifying new markets and customers
• Prepare and follow up on export offers, proforma invoices, and contracts
• Assist in pricing, costing, and margin analysis for export orders

Order Processing & Coordination

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor order status from confirmation to shipment and delivery
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery, or documentation
