Account Executive

Role Overview


Scaling Verse is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive – Client Success & Operations to manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives. This role acts as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth operations, strong communication, and consistent results.


Key Responsibilities


Client Management & Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage client onboarding, communication, and follow-ups
  • Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with clients
  • Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
  • Ensure client expectations are aligned with delivery and results


Marketing & Sales Coordination


  • Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure timely execution
  • Track campaign performance and key metrics (leads, conversions, pipeline, etc.)
  • Prepare and share performance reports with clients
  • Support sales processes, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Ensure marketing activities align with client goals and strategies


Operations & Process Management


  • Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple clients
  • Use project management tools to track progress and deadlines
  • Ensure internal processes and SOPs are followed
  • Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate when necessary
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and client experience


Required Skills & Experience


  • Experience in a marketing, sales, or digital agency environment
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and client delivery
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or operations
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and sales processes
  • Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
