Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in the manufacturing sector to manage accounting operations, inventory accounting, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP system
• Handle purchase & sales accounting (raw materials & finished goods)
• Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure tax compliance
• Handle TDS calculations and filings
• Monitor accounts payable & receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and tax consultants
• Monitor production-related expenses and cost tracking

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com (Commerce background mandatory)
• 2–4 years experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & compliance
• Understanding of inventory & cost accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally / Busy

Preferred Skills

• Experience in factory accounting
• Knowledge of E-way bill and E-invoicing
• Experience in payroll processing
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,389.39 - ₹29,993.11 per month
