Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

Evening Shift – 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Location: Gulshan e Jamal, Near Millennium Mall, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

·       Must have Strong command on MS Excel (Formulas & Pivot Tables)

·       Maintain financial records, ledgers & journals

·       Prepare daily, weekly & monthly financial reports

·       Manage accounts payable & receivable

·       Reconcile bank statements & company accounts

·       Process invoices, payments & expense vouchers

·       Monitor outstanding receivables & follow up with clients

·       Ensure accuracy & confidentiality of financial data

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

·       1–3 years of relevant accounting experience

·       Proficiency in MS Excel & QuickBooks (or similar software)

·       Strong analytical skills & attention to detail

·       Good communication skills Ability to meet deadlines independently
