Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle account-related activities and ensure smooth communication with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding accounts.
  • Coordinate with factory, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Support management with account analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage.
