Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, detail-driven
Account Executive
to support client servicing and campaign delivery for a fast-paced integrated agency. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, great with communication, and passionate about creating impactful work across digital, social, and traditional media.
You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams—ensuring smooth workflow, timely delivery, and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Support

Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses and clear communication.

Support account leads in understanding client needs, business challenges, and campaign objectives.

Build positive relationships with clients by providing consistent, reliable support.
Project & Campaign Coordination

Assist in managing end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.

Prepare briefs for creative, production, and media teams.

Coordinate internal reviews, client feedback, and revisions.

Track project progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or resource needs.
Execution & Delivery

Organize and deliver campaign materials across digital, social, print, and other channels.

Support content scheduling, asset trafficking, and QC of final outputs.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Account Administration

Prepare contact reports, status updates, budgets, and proposals.

Assist in invoicing, purchase orders, and documentation.

Contribute to competitor reports, insights, and research that support client strategies.
Creative Collaboration

Participate in brainstorming sessions and input into creative development.

Help ensure creative work aligns with client expectations, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated agency environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive mindset with a passion for advertising and creativity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Familiarity with digital platforms, social media formats, and campaign analytics is a plus.
