We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive / Sales Closer to take ownership of our qualified pipeline. You won't be starting from scratch; your primary focus will be taking warm leads, conducting deep-dive discovery calls, presenting tailored technical solutions, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Close Inbound and Warm Leads: Take ownership of qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) generated by our SDR and Marketing teams, guiding them through the final stages of the sales cycle to a successful close.
- Conduct Discovery & Pitch: Lead high-level discovery calls with US-based C-level executives, business owners, and decision-makers to understand their pain points and business goals.
- Tailor Solutions: Collaborate with our technical leads to craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and SOWs for Web/App Development and Digital Marketing retainers.
- Negotiate & Overcome Objections: Skillfully handle price negotiations, timeline expectations, and technical objections to secure long-term, high-value contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain impeccable hygiene in our CRM, providing accurate sales forecasts and tracking all communications.
- Market Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with US market trends, competitor pricing, and digital transformation strategies to consultatively sell our services.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of proven B2B sales experience specifically closing deals in the US Market.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT services, Web/Mobile App Development lifecycles, and Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media).
- Communication Skills: Flawless, native-level English communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to mirror US business etiquette and communication styles.
- Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting sales quotas and managing high-ticket deal cycles.
- Availability: Must be able to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (EST/PST).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
