Account Executive, Client Membership Sales

We are revolutionizing office catering in NYC. We provide an end-to-end outsourced catering management solution for top law firms, investment banks, professional services firms, tech companies, and more.

We manage catering from both ends — acting as an operational partner to top restaurants while serving as the outsourced catering team for high-volume offices.

We bring those two sides together. It’s a selective membership, backed by our restaurant partners, who dedicate additional resources and priority support to companies that order frequently and see catering as more than just a transaction — but as a key part of their culture.

We’re a small, profitable company with a proven offering. Now, we’re ready to scale our sales team—and that’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Account Executive to drive new Memberships Sales Team by identifying and converting high-potential companies.

This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role.

You’ll be reaching out to top companies in NYC that order catering frequently, determining whether they meet the bar for membership program, and guiding them through a selective, consultative sales process.

You will be reaching out to both cold and warm leads that are provided and self-prospected. The sales process is guided by a script that creates consistent messaging and methodology, but you’ll be expected to internalize the process and step off script without losing the core approach.

You’ll work directly with the VP of Sales, receiving hands-on training and ongoing coaching, but we need someone who thrives in an autonomous, fast-moving environment.

We prefer to hire someone in the New York City metropolitan area that can be in-office twice per week (hybrid).

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—focused on membership acquisition
  • Identify, prospect, and target high-frequency catering offices that fit our profile - many will be provided through by restaurant partners and company lead generation but you’ll be expected to clean, manage, and generate leads as well
  • Use company-provided sales tools (including parallel/power dialer) to execute 250 dials per day, targeting 20+ connects, scheduling 3+ qualified meetings per day, holding 2+ Gold Club demos per day, and bringing on 10 new Gold Club Members per month
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery to understand catering habits, spend, and operational pain points
  • Position Gold Club as an exclusive, high-touch solution sponsored by restaurants — not just a vendor
  • Create urgency and guide prospects through a selective, invite-only style onboarding process
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers at top firms
  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and work efficiently with provided leads and tools
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging and improve the sales process
  • Become an expert in our offering and a trusted advisor to potential clients

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role (ideally your first role post-college)
  • Proven track record of success—quota achievement, high activity, or other clear results
  • Hungry, ambitious, and self-motivated—you don’t need constant oversight to execute
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and handle objections
  • Able to sell value, experience, and exclusivity — not just price
  • Comfortable thinking quickly on your feet and coming up with creative solutions to objections
  • Naturally curious — you ask strong questions and listen well
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured environment where you can take initiative
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRMs) preferred but not required

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
