Client Servicing Role (Not Finance)

We are hiring on behalf of our client — a dynamic and fast-paced creative advertising agency based in Dubai for Account Executive – Client Servicing to manage government accounts, oversee integrated campaigns, and drive strong client relationships.

In this role, you’ll act as the day-to-day contact for clients, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure that campaigns (digital, social media, influencer, and AV) are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social-first content tailored to each platform.
• Create static and motion assets: carousels, GIFs, reels, ads, templates.
• Support campaigns with key visuals, infographics, decks, and brand assets.
• Work closely with content, strategy, and AV teams to deliver impactful creative.
• Adapt visuals for various formats and aspect ratios.
• Stay on top of trends in design, motion, and platform aesthetics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first designs and motion samples.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop & Illustrator; basic After Effects knowledge.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Awareness of what works best across social platforms.
