Account Executive – Commercial Accounts/white space - KSA

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads, RFQs, and sales inquiries .
  • Qualify leads and log details accurately in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for pipeline visibility.


Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and campaigns to create new opportunities in the commercial/SMB market .
  • Promote awareness of Diyar’s offerings (cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services).
  • Leverage local contacts in Riyadh and KSA to expand reach and accelerate entry into accounts.


Sales Execution

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to support the sales cycle.
  • Work with the Commercial Unit Sales Manager to close opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure profitability and healthy margins when structuring deals.


Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Bid Engineer for RFQ/tender responses.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to follow up on campaigns and marketing-generated leads.

Reporting & Governance

  • Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and client feedback.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in IT solutions, services, or related industries .
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting and lead qualification .
  • Familiarity with IT offerings such as cloud, infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for lead and pipeline management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken); Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
