Compelling Content Solutions (CCS) is a brand new all-in-one authority-building and thought leadership agency. We are positioned to help executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals amplify their voices, grow their credibility, and expand their reach through strategic content marketing, podcast and video production, and brand management.

We are currently in pre-launch and looking for a driven Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping clients see the value of becoming the recognized authority in their field. You will help grow the agency from the ground up, and will thus be afforded both a salary, revenue share, and equity options.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at CCS, you’ll be the face of our client acquisition process. You’ll generate and nurture leads, consult with prospective clients on their goals, and close new business. You’ll work closely with our marketing and client success teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client, all while helping us build lasting relationships with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and position CCS services effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent CCS at virtual and in-person events as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (agency/marketing experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
  • Passion for content, branding, and thought leadership is a big plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $96,143.99 - $139,184.16 per year
