Key Responsibilities:
Global Sales & Business Development
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across US, UK/EU, Africa, and GCC.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare sales decks, demos, proposals, and technical documentation.
Customer Success & Account Management
- Manage onboarding, training, and retention of enterprise customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with C-level and decision makers.
- Reduce churn by proactive business reviews and strategic engagement.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
- Manage escalations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Technical Support Integration
- Work closely with support and product teams to resolve client issues.
- Understand API workflows, verification logic, AML screening rules, and dashboard features.
- Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
Market & Product Growth
- Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends.
- Support marketing and pre-sales content creation.
- Contribute to product roadmap and feature improvement discussions.
Requirements:
Requirements Must-Have
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success (preferably SaaS).
- Strong exposure to KYC/AML, Fintech, Fraud Prevention
- Experience handling global markets (US/UK/EU/GCC).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand product workflows
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing enterprise onboarding & technical escalations.
- Knowledge of AML regulations, identity verification, or risk scoring engines.
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS product company.
