About Hubstream
Headquartered in Seattle, WA, Hubstream is a global technology company operating across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and India. We support mission-critical operations for public sector agencies and global enterprises, helping them investigate complex threats, manage sensitive data, and act with clarity in high-stakes environments.
For over a decade, Hubstream has challenged legacy investigative systems that are slow to deploy, difficult to adapt, and heavily reliant on services. Our AI-assisted platform brings case management, structured data, adaptable workflows, link analysis, and reporting into a unified environment, enabling agencies to move faster, uncover hidden connections, and operate with greater precision.
We are building a category that is still taking shape, with a focus on how modern investigative teams actually work.
The Role
We are hiring a Government Account Executive to drive growth across state, local, and federal agencies.
This is a build role.
You will engage agencies early, shape demand before procurement begins, and position Hubstream as the solution before an RFP exists. Success in this role comes from creating opportunities, not waiting for them. You will work across law enforcement leadership, investigative units, IT, and procurement stakeholders, guiding conversations and helping agencies evaluate how investigative operations can be improved. This role offers ownership of your pipeline, clear accountability, and a direct impact on revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
This role is best suited for individuals who prefer ownership, are comfortable operating without heavy inbound volume, and take pride in building something from the ground up.
Why Join Hubstream
Join Hubstream at a stage where you can still shape how the company grows and how this category evolves.
You will be working for leadership with backgrounds from Microsoft and FTI Consulting, combining deep technical expertise with real-world investigative experience. The environment is focused, fast-moving, and built on a high degree of ownership, accountability, and alignment across teams.
You’ll focus on strategic, multi-year engagements with public sector agencies, where deals are shaped early, influenced directly, and carried through complex procurement cycles.
For candidates with law enforcement or investigative backgrounds, this role offers the opportunity to stay close to the mission, applying real-world experience to help agencies evaluate solutions, shape decisions, and improve investigative outcomes at scale.
Compensation is structured to reward performance, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission aligned to strategic, multi-year government deals. For high performers, this role offers meaningful upside in both earnings and long-term growth as Hubstream expands its presence across government markets.
