What You’ll Do

As our Home Health Account Executive, you will drive growth by expanding Focus Home Health’s referral network and building trusted partnerships with healthcare providers across the Central Valley. This position covers a defined regional territory with a strong emphasis on Modesto and surrounding Valley communities, including Stockton, Manteca, Tracy, Turlock, and nearby markets.

This role is ideal for someone based in or deeply familiar with the Central Valley who enjoys being out in the community, developing relationships face-to-face, and owning their territory.

You will:

• Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational meetings with referral partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers
• Promote Focus Home Health’s full range of clinical services
• Work closely with agency leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies
• Maintain referral source activity and account data in our CRM
• Manage a structured territory plan with regular referral source visits
• Develop and execute quarterly sales and growth strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Who You Are

You’re a confident communicator who knows how to open doors and build lasting partnerships. You’re comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and driving results in a competitive healthcare market.

You bring:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
• Strong business and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• At least 2 years of home health or healthcare marketing experience preferred
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and referral growth goals
