Account Executive - Innovative Technical Sales, BytePlus GenAI & SaaS

Responsibilities
  • Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite and expand BytePlus business across MENA.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base (driving new logo adoption) in countries across MENA, able to sell consulatively.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert growth-stage customers across GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications, and API-based creative tools.
  • Build predictable pipelines through outbound prospecting, developer relationships, app ecosystem communities, and aggregator partnerships.
  • Convert aggregator-driven accounts (marketplaces) into direct enterprise accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • As minimum experience a completed bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market deals and managing full sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI workflows (image/video generation, creative automation, LLM-based applications).
  • Experience in creative SaaS, e-commerce tools, or developer/API ecosystems.
  • Prior exposure to Israel or US SaaS ecosystems.
  • Understanding of workflows in e-commerce content generation, advertising, or creative automation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A computer science or engineering equivalent background preferred, strong business acumen with MBA a plus.
  • Experience in one of the following industries: video cloud or AI/ML, experience as a consultative sales or solution sales a plus.
  • Experience or a background in consulting will be beneficial for this role.
