Account Executive (Lahore & Rawalpindi)

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing accounting tasks, financial record-keeping, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions for a company. The role often supports senior finance staff and interacts with internal teams, vendors, customers, and sometimes auditors

Accounting & Record keeping

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and journals.
  • Record day-to-day transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and ledger entries.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Handle accounts payable (supplier/vendor payments) and accounts receivable (customer billing and collections).
  • Ensure invoices are issued and payments are followed up on time.
  • Prepare ageing reports for payable and receivables.

Location Lahore & Rawapindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
