We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic digital sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with technical knowledge in WordPress web design, digital marketing, and CRM systems. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role demands excellent communication, decision-making, and task management skills, along with the ability to assess lead quality and prioritize high-conversion opportunities. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Provide consultative, technical sales support with an understanding of WordPress website development (especially with Elementor) and SEO fundamentals.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals that reflect client goals and technical requirements.
- Use ClickUp CRM (or similar tools) to manage pipelines, tasks, and sales metrics efficiently.
- Track and report sales performance and client feedback to leadership.
- Hold regular Google Meet or video meetings with clients to discuss progress and close deals.
- Vet leads effectively by analyzing behavioral cues, marketing insights, and environmental data to prioritize those closest to closing.
- Use tools like Ruttl for client collaboration and feedback on web projects.
- Utilize email marketing tools (experience with eM Client or similar software preferred) for follow-ups and outreach.
- Leverage Canva or other design tools to support light marketing or sales collateral creation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress web design, with Elementor experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools (ClickUp preferred) for sales tracking and task management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals efficiently.
- Experience with email tools like eM Client or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions based on lead quality and business context.
- Familiarity with Ruttl, Canva, or other digital collaboration/design tools is a plus.
- Comfortable and professional on video calls and screen shares with clients.
