Essential Functions:
- 
 Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone and trade shows to increase sales of Glidewell’s CAD/CAM systems.
- 
 Arranges and provides shipment and demonstration of products by sales personnel.
- 
 Establishes and builds product relationships with accounts and distributor field representatives.
- 
 Understands needs and expectations of customers; provides relevant solutions.
- 
 Analyzes choices and financial capacities of customers; suggests suitable products.
- 
 Attains sales deals and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction.§ Partners with field technicians and installation team members to ensure goals are met.
- 
 Provides support to customers over the phone; conducts field visits as necessary.
- 
 Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
- 
 Drives adoption and usage of products currently available for glidewell.io system.
- 
 Drives course registrations to glidewell.io events.
- 
 Collaborates with Align/iTero partners to build strong relationships and drive sales for both parties.
- 
 Develops and maintains contacts within industry to provide information and remain abreast of competitors’ activities.
- 
 Creates and confidently delivers sales pitch that highlights the superiority of the company’s products and builds brand awareness.
- 
 Maintains initiative to discover and attract new business in a manner that is professional, efficient, and honest.
- 
 Sponsors seminars and continuing education programs as well as provides studies and product information to customers as necessary.
- 
 Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales.
- 
Minimum of two (2) years of B2B sales experience.
- 
Outsides sales experience preferred.
- 
Previous experience in the dental industry or medical device industry a plus.
Pay Range: $20.00-$28.00/hr
