RoleThis role is responsible for managing inbound sales opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. The position involves guiding prospects through the sales process, closing deals, managing client accounts, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience while achieving sales targets.

Team Lead and Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular inbound calls
- Manage and respond to inbound leads by understanding their needs, engaging promptly, and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process
- Actively monitor client account status and ensure timely progression through different stages of the process
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs, provide update, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Assist clients with onboarding, account setup and resolving any operational or process-related issues
- Coordinate with internal back-office teams (marketing, product and support) to ensure smooth execution and client management
Sales & Account Management Process
- Identify client account issues by reviewing their current status and proactively guide them on the next steps
- Engage with clients through calls to understand needs, resolve blockers and support account progression
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, including follow-ups, updates and CRM management
Collaboration & Execution
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients based on their account status and needs
- Manage end-to-end client processes independently, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities in the CRM
Reporting & Performance
- Share regular sales reports and pipeline updates with the account manager
- Review sales data to track progress and identify improvement areas
- Provide client feedback to help improve products and internal processes
Leadership & Ownership
- Support and guide junior team members on sales tasks when required
- Maintain a professional, client-focused and ownership-driven approach in all interactions
Conversion & Closing (Inbound)
- Respond to inbound leads promptly, understand their needs and guide them through the sales process
- Handle objections effectively and convert qualified inbound prospects into clients
- Share value-driven proposals and follow a structured approach to improve conversion rates and close deals
Competitive Positioning & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing and market positioning
- Use competitive insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversions
- Continuously stay up to date with product knowledge to better guide clients and handle queries effectively
Tools
- You’lll be required to work on the following tools:
- Salesloft: Used for lead assignment, calling, email outreach and executing cadences
- Salesforce: Used to manage the full sales pipeline, including lead conversion, opportunity creation, data logging, tracking deals and recording revenue and performance metrics
- Aircall: Cloud-based dialer used for making and managing client calls
- Backoffice: CRM system used to maintain complete client records and track all client activities and interactions
Skills Needed
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Organization: superior organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Time management: strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment

Technology
- This role requires someone comfortable with basic technology like computers, smartphones and common software used in offices
- Comfortable with using online messaging tools like WhatsApp, Google Chat, etc.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Good. proven experience in handling CRM / ERP and dashboards
- Familiarity with task management apps such as TickTick
Background

- Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a related role
