  • Master Communicator : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English , with the ability to simplify complex SaaS solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Consultative Seller : You know how to navigate a corporate buyer's journey. You ask the right questions, understand client pain points, and present tailored solutions to C-level stakeholders.
  • Relationship Builder : You know the art of building trust and rapport, especially in GCC markets, and you recognize the value of nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver : Strong understanding of SaaS products and their value propositions. You can quickly learn and adapt to new tools while making technology relatable to your clients.
  • Strategic Planner : You understand how to create and execute account-based selling strategies, prioritize high-value leads, and manage a healthy pipeline with effective forecasting.
  • Independent Go-Getter : Working remotely doesn’t faze you. You’re self-motivated, highly organized, and thrive in an autonomous work environment.


What You Bring to the Table


  • Experience :
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the Proptech, Real Estate, or Hospitality sectors .
  • A demonstrated ability to sign large, complex corporate deals , ideally with high annual recurring revenue (ARR) contracts.
  • Prior experience working with clients in the Saudi market , with a strong understanding of regional dynamics, business culture, and market challenges.


  • Track Record :
  • Consistently met or exceeded quotas in previous roles, showcasing a strong performance history in driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline and sign enterprise-level accounts.
  • Examples of successful sales pitches to C-level executives that delivered measurable results.


  • Requirements :
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (professional proficiency is non-negotiable).
  • Strong command of sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and enablement platforms.
  • Flexibility to travel within the KSA when needed to meet clients and attend industry events.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business revenue by building relationships with property developers , facility managers , Property Managers, and hotels , and other key players in the GCC real estate market.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting SaaS solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Represent Tenex at industry-leading events and conferences across the GCC to generate leads and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Develop a strategic territory plan to target high-value accounts and create new opportunities in a fast-growing market.
