Account Executive (SaaS/ CRM)

Location : Saudi Arabia (Remote)

For our promising client in technology and business solutions, we are seeking an Account Executive. The successful candidate will drive growth for existing customers via strategic relationship management.

The role is remote but requires residency in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing guidance
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to maintain engagement and satisfaction
  • Analyze usage data and workflows to recommend improvements
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
  • Support onboarding, training, and configuration to increase adoption
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English and Arabic .
  • Proven background in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS/CRM
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong track record of achieving KPIs
  • Familiarity with customer success and growth metrics (adoption rate, expansion revenue, NPS, etc.)
