Account Executive — US Market (B2B Closing) — Night Shift — Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Role overview

We’re hiring Account Executives to sell B2B services to US companies. This is a full-cycle closing role — you will own prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing. This is an in-house revenue role (not a BPO) with structured training and real commission.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and qualify US business leads via phone and email.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demos.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals (revenue responsibility).
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Hit weekly activity & conversion targets; report progress.

Who we want

• Minimum 1 year international B2B sales or closing experience (preferred).
• Clear, neutral/near-native spoken English for US business conversations.
• Performance driven, resilient, coachable, and pipeline-oriented.
• Able to work night shift and commute to Gulistan-e-Johar.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (paid on revenue).
• Average achievers: PKR 100,000+ / month (base + commission).
• High achievers: potential PKR 200,000+ (base + commission).
