Key Responsibility

Business Development & New Client Growth

Actively generate and qualify leads through
cold outreach
, networking, referrals, and market mapping.

Identify potential employers and recruitment agencies and approach them with tailored solutions.

Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain structured follow-ups to secure conversions.

Present platform offerings confidently, address objections, and close commercial agreements.

Consistently deliver against monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

Support new customers through onboarding, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively.

Maintain regular engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Handle account-related follow-ups, administrative coordination, and issue resolution when needed.

Provide guidance to clients to improve their hiring outcomes and maximize return on investment.

Share performance insights and recommendations to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Campaigns, Promotions & Communication

Manage and schedule promotional activities including job alerts, employer features, and newsletters.

Support bulk email/SMS marketing activities and help improve campaign targeting using data insights.

Monitor competitor activity and contribute ideas for improving outreach and engagement strategies.
Events & Market Representation

Represent the platform at job fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Engage with prospects on-ground, capture leads, and follow up to convert event interactions into business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong event participation and messaging alignment.
Reporting & Market Insights

Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Support the preparation of monthly reports on sales performance and client engagement.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or job platforms, with strong lead generation and closing ability.

Proficiency in
English and Hindi/Urdu
is required.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
